With over 18 years’ experience in coaching and communications training, she creates safe, energetic spaces where clients can explore, play, and experiment in service of lasting personal and professional change.
Julia specialises in leadership development and executive presence, drawing on her deep expertise in communication, performance, and voice. She works across sectors, including pharmaceuticals, finance, telecoms, manufacturing, the NHS, and civil service, supporting senior leaders to strengthen confidence, impact, and connection.

Julia’s career spans multiple sectors and disciplines, from British Airways to stage and screen as a professional actor in the UK and Australia. Her work has taken her across the globe – including to the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Croatia, and Morocco – where she has coached and facilitated in start-ups, SMEs, and multinational organisations.
Alongside her coaching, Julia is a trained voice coach, voice-over artist, and yoga teacher, bringing embodied wisdom and presence into her practice. Based in the UK, she continues to travel widely and works with clients internationally.
When she’s not coaching, Julia can often be found running – having completed two marathons and seven half marathons – or practicing yoga. She’s also a passionate traveller with a long list of dream destinations still to explore.
