Dr Priscila Pereira is the Director of Research and Product Innovation at Shape Talent. She began her PhD in Social Sciences in 2007 while working as an in-house practitioner, holding various European and global leadership roles, including HR Director, Vice President of Learning and Development, and Head of Talent, where she drove leadership development across large and complex organisations. Priscila is a certified coach and has supported people to progress to leadership roles across the globe, and lectured in leadership at Oxford Brookes Business School. Her research and practice span gender, inclusion, and leadership and increasingly the evolving capabilities leaders need to navigate complexity, exercise ethical judgement, and lead effectively as AI reshapes organisations. She is co-author of Simplifying Inclusive Leadership, published by Routledge.

Professor Rebecca J Jones – Managing Consultant
Professor Rebecca J Jones PhD CPsychol is a Managing Consultant, leading talent acceleration and coaching services at Shape Talent. She is also a Professor in Coaching and Behavioural Change, having led coaching research and education at Henley Business School for over 8 years. Rebecca’s research interests lie in examining the factors that influence coaching effectiveness, and she works with organisations to create diverse and inclusive workplaces using coaching and psychological theory and research to achieve sustained behaviour change. Rebecca is the author/co-author of the books ‘Simplifying Inclusive Leadership’, ‘Key Topics in Coaching Psychology’ and ‘Coaching with Research in Mind’. She has published her research in globally renowned journals and has been cited in the FT, Forbes.com and People Management.
