Shape Talent launches dedicated coaching practice led by Professor Rebecca Jones
Shape Talent is proud to announce the launch of our new Coaching Practice, designed to address the real-world challenges and ambitions of today’s diverse leadership talent.
Led by globally recognised coaching scholar and practitioner, Professor Rebecca Jones, this practice brings together academic rigour and practical expertise to deliver credible, flexible and scalable coaching solutions for individuals and organisations.
Our Executive and Acceleration coaching supports women in leadership roles to increase their impact. Meanwhile, our Spotlight coaching, delivered either 1-to-1 or in group coaching circles, helps talent at all levels with short-burst, time-sensitive coaching to address specific topics, such as high-stakes professional moments, parental leave return, wellbeing and more.
Each programme is grounded in our evidence-based Three Barriers® research and is delivered by expert coaches.
With a strong track record in behaviour change, our coaching practice delivers measurable results without unnecessary lift.
Sharon Peake, CEO & Founder of Shape Talent, said: “Rebecca’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Shape Talent. Her leadership ensures our coaching offer is not only world-class, but also deeply grounded in the lived realities of those we support.”
