Rebecca is a Professor of Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, a globally recognised expert in coaching, and a Chartered Psychologist. Her work centres on coaching, EDI diagnostics, data-driven insights, and Inclusive Leadership 360 assessments.
Born and raised in the UK, Rebecca brings cross-cultural expertise, having worked with clients across six continents. She has deep experience across diverse sectors, including elite sport, higher education and research, financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
Rebecca’s research spans two key areas. She is internationally recognised for her work on coaching effectiveness, with numerous publications in top-tier journals. Her second research stream advances understanding of EDI topics, including inclusive leadership, group coaching for women in leadership, and the menopause.
Rebecca is the author of three books: Coaching with Research in Mind, Key Topics in Coaching Psychology, and Simplifying Inclusive Leadership. She frequently delivers keynotes for organisations such as the Corporate Research Forum, the British Psychological Society, and the CIPD. Her expertise is regularly featured in outlets including the Financial Times, People Management, and Personnel Today.
Rebecca is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. She finds long-term client relationships especially rewarding, where she can see the lasting impact of her work over time.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys countryside walks, weightlifting at the gym, and spending time with her two sons. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Inclusive Coaching, a non-profit CIC dedicated to making high-quality coaching accessible to all.
