Shape Talent’s CEO, Sharon Peake, will be in conversation with Professor Rebecca Jones. A Chartered Psychologist and Professor in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, Rebecca is Co-Founder of Inclusive Leadership Company.

Our topic will be Group Coaching. Drawing on Shape Talent’s extensive experience with Coaching Circles and the real feedback we receive from women every day, we’ll discuss the role group coaching can play in your organisation’s women’s development programme and learn how to make sure it’s relevant, relatable, and effective.
