Pam brings 26 years of experience coaching C-suite and executive leaders globally, blending executive and business acumen with deep psychological expertise. With over 17,000 hours of coaching, she helps her clients elevate their performance from ‘good to great.’ Her pragmatic approach, rooted in business, psychology and neuroscience, enables clients to: build effective leadership skills benefitting themselves and their teams; develop emotional intelligence; build strategic thinking; and shape their unique leadership style. She partners with clients to reframe their thinking, unlock their potential and achieve powerful and lasting transformations.​

Pam’s style is honest, direct, and highly supportive. Known for her strong listening and questioning skills, she builds coaching relationships based on trust and mutual respect. She creates a space for leaders to think, build self-awareness and emotional insight, and develop actions to achieve high-impact results. She is also guided by principles of psychological safety and well-being.​

Background

Pam began her career as a Corporate Lender in the financial sector in London, qualifying as a Chartered Banker (ACIB). She later became an HCPC Registered Psychologist and Master Executive Coach, combining business acumen with psychological knowledge and insight. She has worked across Financial Services, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Media and a very wide range of industries globally,  including public and private sectors.​

Outside of coaching, Pam designs and delivers keynotes and workshops on brain health, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and wellness. She supports organisations in developing the conditions that enable high-quality thinking and sustainable performance.​

She is the mother of a grown daughter, and a passionate advocate of creating work environments in which all can thrive. In 2018 she was granted the status of Freeman of The City of London and is an active member of the Guild of Freemen, supporting a number of charities.​
