Background
After earning her MA from Oxford, Louisa trained as a solicitor at Clifford Chance and later led the launch of the London office of an American law firm. She held a series of senior leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to the COO of a global company. Louisa now works with C-suite leaders, VPs, and senior managers across FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and public sector organisations, delivering coaching, workshops, and leadership programmes across professional services and legal sectors.
Outside of coaching, Louisa lives in London and enjoys learning languages and contributing to inclusion and leadership development initiatives.
