Background

After earning her MA from Oxford, Louisa trained as a solicitor at Clifford Chance and later led the launch of the London office of an American law firm. She held a series of senior leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to the COO of a global company. Louisa now works with C-suite leaders, VPs, and senior managers across FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and public sector organisations, delivering coaching, workshops, and leadership programmes across professional services and legal sectors.​

Outside of coaching, Louisa lives in London and enjoys learning languages and contributing to inclusion and leadership development initiatives.​
