Jess is an accomplished senior coach with a track record in partnering effectively with her clients to help them achieve their goals. After a 20-year career in senior human resources roles within global corporations, such as Rio Tinto and Barclays, Jess has gained an in-depth understanding of the pressures executives face leading in increasingly complex environments.
With a strong foundation in talent, diversity and inclusion, and business partnering roles in FTSE companies, Jess supports clients with insight, challenge, and empathy. She partners with leaders to set direction, build confidence, and take purposeful action in line with their career and leadership goals.
Jess’ style is gentle yet direct – combining deep listening with insightful questions and practical challenge. Her clients value her ability to create safe, reflective spaces that lead to greater self-awareness, clarity, and action. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders strengthen interpersonal relationships, build confidence, and navigate moments of career change or transition.
