Background
Emma held senior leadership positions in four FTSE 100 companies before transitioning to full-time coaching and consulting. She has lived and worked across the UK, Hong Kong, USA, France, and Russia, and delivered work globally in markets including Mexico, Poland, and India. Her clients span sectors such as consumer goods, manufacturing, insurance, telecoms, retail and professional services.
Outside of coaching, Emma is a passionate rugby fan, an avid traveller, and a theatre enthusiast. She also serves as a trustee for two UK charities, Guide Dogs and Magic Breakfast.
