Emma draws on over 25 years of global experience in HR and talent leadership roles to support senior and emerging leaders through critical transitions. A certified coach and former FTSE 100 executive, she partners with clients to navigate the complexities of stepping into new roles, leading through change, and influencing within matrixed environments. Her coaching helps leaders accelerate growth, amplify their leadership impact, and thrive in dynamic, global settings.​

Background

Emma held senior leadership positions in four FTSE 100 companies before transitioning to full-time coaching and consulting. She has lived and worked across the UK, Hong Kong, USA, France, and Russia, and delivered work globally in markets including Mexico, Poland, and India. Her clients span sectors such as consumer goods, manufacturing, insurance, telecoms, retail and professional services.​

Outside of coaching, Emma is a passionate rugby fan, an avid traveller, and a theatre enthusiast. She also serves as a trustee for two UK charities, Guide Dogs and Magic Breakfast.​
