Clare is a seasoned executive coach with over 20 years of international experience, particularly within the public sector and HR leadership. She specialises in supporting leaders through complexity, change, and self-discovery. Drawing on neuroscience, equity, and systems thinking, Clare partners with clients to unlock clarity and confidence – helping them achieve what once seemed out of reach. She is passionate about using coaching to retain and advance diverse talent, especially ambitious women leaders.

Background
Clare’s operational leadership experience includes directing Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa regions with the British Council. In subsequent HR leadership roles, she led employee relations, learning and development, and global coaching strategy. Her client portfolio spans a wide range of sectors such as telecoms, technology, insurance, creative industries , leisure, professional services, government, financial services, scientific research and academia.
Outside work, Clare enjoys training and long walks with her three energetic cocker spaniels.
