We take a multidisciplinary evidence-based approach to our work, with psychology at the centre. Through consulting, culture change and women’s development programmes we use this knowledge to effect change at both an individual and systemic level.

From time to time we look for individuals to join our growing team, either full/part-time (UK-based) or on an associate basis (either in the UK or further afield).
Get in touch if you:
- Are passionate about gender equality in business
- Are a chartered psychologist or behavioural scientist
- Are an experienced and engaging facilitator
- Have worked in/with major corporates and understand how to bring EDI to life in these settings
- Are a BPS recognised coaching psychologist and/or ICF accredited coach (at least ACC or preferably PCC level, or equivalent from another accreditation body)
- Have strong consulting experience in EDI and/or human capital consulting
We are also interested in hearing from suitably qualified individuals with these additional skills and experiences:
- Doctoral level research experience in gender studies
- Quantitative research expertise
- In addition to English, business-level fluency in languages relevant to our client base - particularly European and Asian languages
