Why this matters for automotive organisations
Across the automotive sector, from global OEMs to suppliers, organisations are working to strengthen diverse leadership pipelines, particularly in engineering, operations and technical leadership roles.
Yet many HR leaders tell us the same challenge persists:
- Women entering the industry but not progressing to senior leadership
- Leadership pathways shaped around traditional career patterns
- Sponsorship happening informally rather than systematically
The resources in this pack are designed to help organisations move beyond confidence narratives and address the structural barriers that slow progression.
✔ Evidence-based research
✔ Practical tools used by leading organisations
✔ Immediate actions HR and Talent leaders can apply
